Based on the large painting Mr & Mrs Clark and Percy by David Hockney, displayed in the Tate Gallery, London, Philip's sculpture tableaux is a self-portrait and double portrait of his wife Laraine and their cat Vincent.

Philip has always found this painting interesting because it is a portrait of domesticity, but also because those featured in it seem a little uncomfortable.

His own version he hopes is more relaxed!
